1. About YAHNDA

YAHNDA helps people in Ghana check a business before they pay, and helps honest businesses prove they're real. These terms apply to everyone who uses YAHNDA: the website, the business dashboard and any related service.

By creating an account or using YAHNDA, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Reviews and reports from buyers

Reviews must be about a real experience you had with the business. Don't post reviews you were paid or pressured to write, reviews of your own business, or anything false, abusive or private about another person.

We may ask for proof of a transaction, and we may hide or remove reviews and reports that break these terms.

4. Businesses and verification

Businesses must give true information about who they are: identity documents, business registration (RGD number, GRA TIN and certificate) and any operational licence their industry requires. Only add social accounts you own and control.

Verification is reviewed by a person, usually within 72 hours. A verified badge means we checked the details provided at the time. It isn't a guarantee of every future transaction.

Businesses may reply to reviews and dispute ones they believe are false, but must not threaten, pay or pressure reviewers.

5. Plans and payments

Business plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page at the time you choose a plan. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; YAHNDA doesn't store your card details.

Your plan and badge stay active while your subscription is paid. If a payment fails or you cancel, paid features stop at the end of the period you've paid for.

6. What you must not do

  • Impersonate a person or business, or claim a business that isn't yours.
  • Upload forged or altered documents.
  • Post fake reviews, or use YAHNDA to harass, defraud or mislead anyone.
  • Scrape, copy or resell YAHNDA content without our written permission.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

7. Reports and disputes

Anyone can report a review, a business or a problem. We look at reports fairly and may ask both sides for evidence. Our decision on what stays on YAHNDA is final, but it doesn't affect any legal rights you have against the other party.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you allow YAHNDA to show, store and share it on the service and in connection with it, for as long as it stays on YAHNDA.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, remove a badge or hide content if these terms are broken, if information turns out to be false, or to protect buyers. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Our responsibility

YAHNDA shows information to help you decide; the decision to buy or sell is yours. Deals between buyers and businesses are between them. As far as the law allows, YAHNDA isn't responsible for losses from those deals, or from information that a business or reviewer gave us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Using YAHNDA after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
